Return Policy

At Jewelry D&L, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on retail purchases within 14 days of the ship date. To initiate a return, please contact us at Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Upon receiving your returned item, we will fully refund the cost of the jewelry. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom pieces, such as those with personalized phrases are final sale and cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the ship date. Purchasers are responsible for shipping expenses for exchanges. If the exchanged item is more expensive than the original, you will be invoiced for the difference. The exchanged item will be shipped once the original piece is received in our store. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments or price matching.


If you are purchasing jewelry as a gift, we would be delighted to include a personalized note from you to the recipient. Please include your message in the note box at checkout, and email us in case you have any special requirement.

Damage or Lost Packages

If your jewelry is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at as soon as possible. Include a picture of the damaged item or a detailed description of the incident, and we will workout with you to resolve the issue.


We are pleased to assess and repair any jewelries made by us. Most repairs are free of charge, provided you cover the shipping costs to send the item to us. We often cover the return shipping fees. If important parts of our jewelry is broken due to dropping or impact, we can replace it with a fee. For repair inquiries, please email us at with a photo of the jewelry, and we will provide a quote and timeframe for the repair.
